The water rights consist of 100 liters of water per second, which means; eight millions six hundred thousand liters daily (8.600.000) that you can use to bottle 15.000.000 mineral bottles. These water rights were given to me by the general comptroller of Chile.

The facts that are really interesting about this water is its purity and it comes from a place which is protected by the state (Hornopiren National Park), the Lake Glacier (Pintos Concha) and part of Black river are covered under this protection, and my property of 6 hectares is placed in the first private area. It counts with two hundred meters front of river in a place that will never be inhabited, so this ensures the quality and pureness of the water. There are reports made by laboratories that certify this.

Water rights are perpetual and heritable. All documents including the property have been updated. Another important aspect is that this extension of land is covered by the tax-free zone, so you can count on cheaper payments and tax benefits if you want to build a bottle plant in a near future..

The location is 100 km far from Pto Montt, which is the capital city, so you can count on airport and harbor.
