Generally,a brick factory is composed of three major processes,brick shaping proceso+drying with dryer+firing process with kiln.

Firing temperature: it's around 950 degree
Length of tunnel kiln: 144m for annual capacity 30million pcs bricks, (the difference annual capacity the dimension of kiln will be difference)
The quantity of kiln cart in kiln: 32
The pass percentage: ≥95%
